I provide focused, professional and experienced Massage Therapy. My work combines multiple techniques to help guide your body toward a state of optimal health and well-being.

The session can blend Swedish/Esalen with NeuroMuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Accupressure and other relaxation techniques. Deep Tissue and related approaches are a specialty -- though not exclusive.

Other modalites include: Cranio-Sacral Technique, Somatic Unwinding and Polarity/Energy Work. I can work with many techniques within one session - you can just relax and let a professional guide the session by listening to what your body needs.

I'm also experienced with Injury Rehabilitation. The focus of my massage work is to provide an opportunity to explore optimal health through massage and healing touch -- as well as stimulating the body into it's own innate ability to be healthy.
