I keep in shape working out, rowing, and playing goalie on my soccer team. I have been doing massage for over a year and my technique is a combination of eastern and western traditions. I began my training while living and modeling in Istanbul. There I learned the many techniques used in Turkish baths of the Byzantine and Roman periods to cleanse and satisfy the complete person‹mind, body, and soul.
