As a Certified Massage Therapist, I have had intensive training with the Body Electric School, the Upledger Institute, and at Indiana University. I specialize in Swedish/Esalen Massage, Deep Tissue Work, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Postural Patterning and Conscious Breathing. I provide a professional quality massage table for best results and your comfort.

My work as a Sacred Intimate honors the role of erotic energy in our lives. When we become aware of our erotic wounds, we realize that they inhibit not only our sex lives but also our personal fulfillment and our ability to experience wholeness. As a Sacred Intimate I recognize the potential of erotic energy to transform and heal. Unlike Western medicine, which fails to recognize the body's spiritual connection, and unlike psychology, which must keep its distance from the body, Sacred Intimacy embraces the holistic connections between body, spirit, and mind. As a Sacred Intimate, I engage the body in order to explore the inner dimensions of the soul: the emotions, the psyche, the spirit, and eros. Individualized sessions are created to address your concerns and often include breathwork, massage, and erotic bodywork. Together we honor the wisdom of the body and your expression of deeply-seated emotions.

Additionally my background includes experience with the Alexander Technique, ballet and sacred dance, yoga and as a performing musician.
